Quick Shot Training has been in existence since 1996 when founder Eric Cooper completed his 11 year college and professional career.
The company enjoyed much success in developing youths ages 8 and up for several years before taking a group of QS trained kids to compete for the 2005 AAU National Championship. Coach Cooper and Coach Brandon Lee added to there undefeated season by winning the 2005 AAU National Champions of the 12u division in Virginia Beach, Virginia under the team name Rising Stars of America.
The success of the team has helped QuickShot president Eric Cooper to expand the organization and take on the responsibilities of developing young athletes around the globe by operating camps and clinics in South america, Europe, Asia and the USA. Quick Shot has youth travel teams in San Diego, Orange County, Ontario, Fontana-Rancho Cucamonga and Los Angeles.
Quick Shot specializes in Skill Development and High level fundamental basketball training. QS has also partnered with GenerationNX to help athletes develop high level core training with a emphasis on conditioning, flexibility, balance, quickness, jumping ability and speed.
Quick Shot has a vast list of alumni who have reached their full potential thru the teachings of Coach Cooper and Quick Shot Hoops.

Quick Shot helps your child all year long to stay sharp with their basketball skills or to just stay fit and in good condition. Classes continue before, during and after the basketball season has ended.
Coach Eric Cooper was a former collegiate player at the University of Arizona and Texas San Antonio, a professional player in various European countries and has coaches on all levels of basketball including professionally in the WNBA, ABA, Europe, Asia and South America.
As a AAU Coach, coach Cooper has won the coveted AAU national Championship in 2005 and several State championships. Coach Cooper is currently coaching on the High school level and his coaching record in 4 seasons is 97 wins, 20 losses and has won the 2008 , 2010 CIF Southern Section Championships and the 2010 California State Championship.
Quick Shot prices fall somewhere between $3 to $6 dollars per workout.
Quick Shot has consistent workouts in the Inland Empire area but will travel to any location in Southern California for private and small group workouts.
